1. Service Description

Pine Script Builder is a web application that helps you create TradingView Pine Script strategies through a visual builder and AI-powered tools. We generate code that you export to TradingView — we do not execute trades, provide financial advice, or run backtests on our servers.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free accounts have limited features as described on the pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the code generation engine
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Publish generated code as your own commercial product or paid indicator

5. Intellectual Property

The Pine Script code generated for your strategies is yours to use on TradingView for personal trading and backtesting. The underlying code generation algorithms, UI, and platform remain our intellectual property.

6. No Financial Advice

Pine Script Builder is a code generation tool, not a financial advisor. We make no guarantees about the profitability of any strategy. Past backtest performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any financial outcomes.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your strategies are stored securely and are not shared with other users unless you explicitly publish them to the community library.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pine Script Builder is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
